Computational (micro)biologist. I work on understanding and predicting gut microbiome dynamics using machine learning and statistical approaches. Highly interested in therapeutic potential of gut microbiome and microbiome-based therapy development. Before joining MCB, I worked for two years in the R&D department of Ardigen SA where we were focused on analysing the impact of the microbiome on cancer immunotherapy.
