Katarzyna Kopera

I am interested in the field of metagenomics, in particular shallow shotgun sequencing of human microbiomes. I joined MCB as the lab manger of the bioinformatics groups in 2019, where in addition to administrative tasks, I was also involved in some of the Structural and Functional Genomics Group's projects. Now as a lab technician my focus is on developing metagenomics pipelines and engagement in Polish Microbiome Project.
