Piotr Kucharski

This code wizard joined Tomasz group by pure chance during his MSc math studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the Jagiellonian University. Inspired by discovery of the challenges of analyzing enormous quantities of biological data, he has created metagenomic-DeepFri, a pipeline for searching and aligning contact maps to predict the functions of proteins in a relatively short time. Shortly after finishing this project, he was swallowed up by the industry where he began designing mRNA vaccines with AI with Deepflare. In the future, he wants to focus on the soil microbiome for the colonization of Mars.
