A biotechnologist fascinated by neuroscience and gene editing techniques, with a bit of bioinformatics background. 

As a lab member of Tomasz's group, the guiding idea of my project was to analyze prokaryotic ribosomal proteins on the structural level, using Python, to better understand its possible rapid adaptive evolution. Analyzing the ribosome served the ultimate goal to create microbial maps but also study relationships between Bacteria, Archaea and other Kingdoms of Life.
